Cambridge International has announced the Cambridge International AS and A Level results of its November 2020 series.

According to an official statement, the results are of students from over 200 schools in Pakistan ranging from private to semi-government institutions.

Cambridge International decided to conduct the examinations for its global November 2020 series against the backdrop of the pandemic. The majority of the Cambridge schools had wanted to have the examinations, which is why the organization had cooperated with the local education authorities, governments, and schools to develop a robust environment to conduct the November 2020 examinations series safely and securely.

The release of the results is a testament to the fact that students across the world can continue their education despite the pandemic.

Cambridge International released 470,000 grades for schools in 130 countries with an increase of more than 20 percent as compared to last year. This is also because numerous students had moved their names from the June 2020 exams series to the November 2020 series.

Cambridge International’s Country Director for Pakistan, Uzma Yousuf, said that the key priority of the organization is to ensure that students can continue their education without compromising their safety.

She said, “I would like to express my appreciation to all our Cambridge schools, teachers, and parents in Pakistan for their continued efforts to address the challenges posed by the pandemic, with such fortitude. Their hard work has helped students to continue their education, sit their exams, and gain their qualifications today, despite school closures and many other obstacles resulting from the pandemic”.

“I am also thankful to the Federal Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training, Shafqat Mahmood, along with all provincial education ministers for their support, which has enabled us to hold these exams in Pakistan”, she added.
