According to details, UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres’ New Year 2021 message was broadcast with Urdu translation so that the message of goodwill could reach a large audience of Urdu speakers.

However, New Year’s message was broadcast in these 6 languages ​​as well as in Urdu.

In his message, Antonio Guterres said 2020 was a year of trials, tragedies, and tears as COVID-19 upended our lives and plunged the world into suffering and grief.
