Misbah-ul-Haq is hoping for a reciprocal tour by England following the Men in Green’s tour to the country despite the coronavirus pandemic. The head coach has hoped that the England team will visit Pakistan soon.
Looking into the future, we would really appreciate England visiting Pakistan soon.
According to the earlier reports, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also formally invited England for a short tour before their scheduled trip in 2022.
Misbah said that England will be welcomed in Pakistan and the levels of security provided to visiting teams is unparalleled.
Players from all over the world now know about the levels of security Pakistan can provide and how much they will be welcomed.
England head coach, Chris Silverwood, and Test captain, Joe Root, have also expressed their desire to visit Pakistan, however, the final decision rests in the hands of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). The ECB has thanked both the West Indies and Pakistan for touring the country in challenging times.
Huge thanks and massive respect to both @windiescricket and @TheRealPCB 👏
