Making his announcement via social media, the highly energetic Pakistani mountaineer, Sirbaz Khan, has vowed to fulfill Muhammad Ali Sadpara’s dream to summit all 14 8000ers.

He is currently preparing to scale Mount Annapurna in March 2021 and has dedicated the summit exploits to the Sadpara clan.

In an official announcement, Sirbaz Khan praised his ideal in the best way possible, saying that

My climbing hero and ustad, Muhammad Ali Sadpara had the dream of achieving this great milestone for our country. After a long and hard struggle of 25 years, he was successful in climbing 8×8000m peaks – the most by any Pakistani ever. Greatly inspired by Ali bhai and his vision, I also joined him in this journey and launched mission 14 summit 2 years ago.

Expressing how fortunate he is having shared the same summit experiences as his mentor, Sirbaz made a promise to continue the journey, adding that, “With your prayers, I’ll do everything in my capacity to achieve this great milestone for our beloved Motherland”.

“When I raise the green flag on the summit of Mt Annapurna, it’ll not be my personal success only. It’ll be shared by every single Pakistani who wishes to see the green flag raised high.”

I dedicate this expedition and this whole project to my big brother, my friend, my pride, the best Mountaineer Pakistan every produced – Muhammad Ali Sadpara. This is for you Ali bhai!
