The spread of the Coronavirus continues to disrupt the lives of people in Pakistan. In order to provide more stay-at-home services, Cheetay has launched Grocery- an on-demand 30-minute grocery and essentials delivery service.

Pakistan’s fastest growing NOW-Commerce startup has partnered with FMCG brands, local supermarkets, retailers, karyana stores, and other vendors to bring fresh fruits, vegetables, and household items to customers within 30 minutes with no minimum order size requirement. The service is designed to allow customers to limit their exposure to crowded grocery stores during shorter operating hours while providing a high-quality and strictly hygienic contactless delivery experience.

Talking about the service, Waqar Ahmad, Head of Corporate Affairs, Nestle, Pakistan said,

We are pleased to partner with Cheetay to allow customers to purchase our products from the safety and comfort of their homes.

Cheetay’s grocery delivery platform is designed to not only provide a safe and hygienic alternative to consumers but also helps local vendors who don’t always have access to an e-Commerce sales channel. Zenith, Freshly, Jalal Sons, Chase Up, Al Fatah, Punjab Cash and Carry are amongst some of the well-known brands that have already joined the platform. “Cheetay’s new service will allow our vendors to operate their traditional stores much more safely and also help digitize their businesses,” said Muzzammil Ghafoor from Unilever’s e-Commerce business.

Cheetay Grocery already operates in four cities and the company is rapidly expanding services nation-wide while also adding more stores to the platform.
