Meizu has launched its third flagship of the year dubbed as the Meizu 16T. In April this year, the company launched Meizu 16S followed by Meizu 16S Pro in August.

Meizu 16T features top-notch flagship specifications and aggressive pricing. This gaming-centric smartphone features a bigger display and a larger battery as compared to previously launched flagships.

Design and Display

Like its predecessor flagship models, the Meizu 16T also comes with a sleek design and thin bezels. The forehead bezel is slightly thicker than the rest since it houses the selfie camera and earpiece. It comes in three colors Orange, Blue and Green.

The display is a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel featuring a tall 18.6:9 aspect ratio, 600 nits brightness, DCI-P3 color gamut, and 1080 x 2232 pixels resolution. The fingerprint sensor is housed under the display.

Internal and Storage

As for the internals, the smartphone comes with Qualcomm’s 2.84 GHz Snapdragon 855 in combination with 6 GB or 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB onboard storage. It has no options for memory expansion and does not feature a 3.5mm audio jack either.

Software-wise, Meizu 16T runs on Flyme 8 skinned Android 9.0 Pie.

Cameras

On the back, the smartphone features a triple sensor camera with 12 MP main sensor, 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5 MP depth sensor.

For selfies, the Meizu 16T is equipped with a 16 MP single sensor.

Battery and Pricing

The smartphone is powered by a huge 4500 mAh battery backed by 18W mCharge.
