HMD Global has announced yet another mid-range smartphone dubbed the Nokia 5.4. The smartphone has been launched as a successor to the previously announced Nokia 5.3.

Design and Display

The Nokia 5.4 features a textured back and a center mounter circular camera bump home to a quad-sensor camera setup. The smartphone is built around a 6.39-inch IPS LCD panel with 720p resolution, a punch hole in the left corner, and slightly thick bezels.

Internals and Storage

The handset comes with the Snapdragon 662 SoC at the helm, accompanied by 4 GB RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB onboard storage.

As far as the software is concerned, the device ships with Android 10, however, the company has promised that an update to Android 11 is already in the works.

Cameras

At the back, the handset features a quad-sensor camera setup with a 48 MP main sensor, a 5MP ultrawide snapper, and two 2MP sensors for macro shots and depth data.

For selfies, it is equipped with a 16 MP single sensor shooter.

Battery and Pricing

Nokia 5.4 packs a 4000 mAh battery that charges over USB-C at 10W.

It is currently available in Europe at a retail price of €189.
