At the IFA 2019, Motorola unveiled the best phone in its current lineup. A few weeks after unveiling the Motorola One Action, the company unveiled Motorola One Zoom, armed with a quadruple sensor camera. The smartphone is closer to a flagship and aims at delivering excellent design, display and camera experience.
With a satin glass finish and chemical edging, the smartphone comes with an arresting brushed look. The smudge-resistant back makes handling better. At the back, Motorola One Zoom features its batwing notification light, housed in the huge rectangular bump which also houses the quad-sensor camera.
At the front, the smartphone features a 6.4-inch Cinevision OLED display, just like Moto One Vision. The display comes with FHD+ (1080p) resolution, 403 PPI pixel density, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Internally, Motorola One Zoom is powered by a Snapdragon 675 processor in combination with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB built-in storage.
Unlike the name suggests, the smartphone does not ship with Android One, it runs Android 9.0 Pie with the usual Motorola customizations.
Moving on to the most talked about feature of this smartphone, it comes with a quad sensor rear camera featuring a 48 MP main Samsung GM1 sensor with pixel binning technology, an 8 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom or 10x hybrid zoom, 16 MP ultra-wide lens with 117 degrees FOV and finally, a 5 MP depth sensor.
The front camera is a 25 MP single sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 78° field-of-view.
Motorola One Zoom is powered by a 4000 mAh battery which is capable of 15W turbo power done over a USB Type-C port.
The smartphone will be available for sale starting today at €400 price tag.
